North Flight Studios refuses to make full suits, whether digitigrade or plantigrade as of now, due to having no experience in making them. We will update our page once we've created one, and determine the price of a standard suit for commissions. - We will be happy to provide digitgrade legs in the future for partial projects. To add this option in the future, we will ask that you send in a DTD just like you would for a full suit commission. - If ordering digitigrade legs for a partial, it must be a semi-partial suit due to the legs including feet - these feet are directly attached to the fursuit legs, so if you have a full-partial, just keep in mind that you will have 2 sets of feet for different occasions.

We try our best to provide any character that you send in to us, however some species may not have the same appearance in comparison to other fursuit makers. - Sergals, Protogens, Wendigos, etc, will still be available to order, however the appearance will be similar to our style when making our fursuits. This means that any aspect of your character might have a different look than your used to seeing at other studios - for example, our protogen heads will not have the similar effect in comparison to Kaiborg Studios© or any other makers.

We will never give permission for clients to alter our suits in anyway, shape or form. We do not allow our clients to create intentional incisions on the suit for any reason whatsoever. - Refurbishing is not allowed by any client / maker other than north flight studio members. Making opening seams in our full suits / suits that have a body structure is also against our terms of service. Alterations that are made for sexual intentions will never be accepted - this extremely violates our terms of service, and will prevent you from future commissions.

We will provide refurbished projects, as long as they meet certain criteria in order to be refurbished - refurbished suits require material costs, but do not include the labor costs due to previous commission. - If you cannot breathe clearly in your fursuit head, then you will be eligable for refurbishing your suit - contact the maker to ask about this option. We will gladly provide you with a quote for material costs! - If you have cosmetic issues on the suit; the head structure isn't up to date, then we ask that you do not ask for the suit to be refurbished. Cosmetic issues require other materials that would need to be changed out. If this is the case, we will only provide a 20% discount on your next commission for the same suit - this includes the cost for materials and labor!

When you receive your fursuit, we will provide all the care information on your particular suit - each suit has different care needs, so please take our care techniques into consideration. - If you have any LED lights inside your suit, we will ask that you take out the led parts and clean the suit seperately! We will have additional information with the care sheet provided! - For basic care information, we always ask that you wash your suit with a wash cloth in the bathtub with cold water. You should never submerge your fursuit head under any circumstances - this could cause damage to the suit and result in including repairment fees. - You should never hang a suit that has been cleaned (still damp) - this will stretch out the material and result in your suit not fittingn properly! Always dry your suit on a flat surface and avoid using heat to dry it quickly - we reccommend using a standard fan to speed up the drying process as to not put any risk to your suit.

We give the right to reselling our fursuits for any reason whatsoever! - When you sell the fursuit, please give your buyer everything that originally came in the package that was given - this means all badges, all props, care sheet information, and any other suit add ons.
